First and foremost, it is important to remember that, a dog is a dog and as such they learn and communicate in a different way to us humans. Many people do not seem to understand that dogs do not speak or understand language, but they do have natural basic instincts that can be an issue for some of us humans at times ie digging, barking etc. Every case is unique, and as much as I have a love of dogs I do enjoy working with people to help them better understand their dogs. Once you can grasp the concept of how your dog learns you can then guide your dog to acceptable manners / behaviours. This, in my opinion, is done with clear sensible boundaries and you guiding / teaching them these in a calm and kind way.  Otherwise you will just confuse them.

I will always be very honest with you, change usually always starts with the owner.
I pride myself on my ability to give easily understood advice and practical help. I am happy to help with any behaviour issue, however my main area of expertise and what I like to concentrate on most is helping those reactive, fearful dogs whom tend to be so misunderstood. Fear, is an important emotions that plays a significant role in the cause of their behaviour.
I am also very experienced with new puppies, where I believe a good foundation is paramount to prevent unwanted behaviours arising at a later date; thus, bringing you years of a rewarding, fun and loving relationship with your dog.
